- The minimum requirement for all Basic Certificate programs is a Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE) with at least four (D) passes or NABE stage II certificate.
- Admission into a two year Ordinary Diploma requires Relevant Basic Certificate obtained from EACB or a NACTE recognized institution with PASS or a one principal pass obtained in the advanced certificate of secondary education or its equivalent excluding religious subject.
